I want to begin by expressing my thanks in this public forum to Osama and Angela for their hard work and help in getting me fitted with my hearing aid. Given my Technology background, I asked them a lot of technical questions – everything from adjustability, waterproof vs. water resistant, controlling the volume, battery charger with built in battery so the hearing aids can be recharged without the charger being plugged in. I was very appreciative of their patience in answering the multitude of questions. Angela even sent me white papers on the 3 brands I looked at. I am very happy with their service and support and wanted to give them a huge thank-you for helping me find the right hearing aid for me. I highly recommend their service.

My daughter got quite sick for months with pneumonia and a double ear infection that left her hearing in one ear distorted and uncomfortable. Our family doctor was no help – only told her she had scar tissue in that ear and to go and get herself a hearing test. We had no idea where to go. Angela was so very helpful. She set my daughter up with an appointment the very next day! My daughter saw Krishna and she told me, when she got home, that she was the nicest person she had ever met 🙂 She listened to all of her concerns, made her feel comfortable, and actually gave her next steps.
