I want to begin by expressing my thanks in this public forum to Osama and Angela for their hard work and help in getting me fitted with my hearing aid. Given my Technology background, I asked them a lot of technical questions – everything from adjustability, waterproof vs. water resistant, controlling the volume, battery charger with built in battery so the hearing aids can be recharged without the charger being plugged in. I was very appreciative of their patience in answering the multitude of questions. Angela even sent me white papers on the 3 brands I looked at. I am very happy with their service and support and wanted to give them a huge thank-you for helping me find the right hearing aid for me. I highly recommend their service.
