Born and raised in Paris, Ontario, Allison Licskai began her career in the travel industry but soon decided to follow a childhood dream of working in healthcare. This led her to the hearing industry, where she now proudly serves as a Hearing Instrument Specialist at all our locations, with a primary focus at our Paris Health Hub.
Allison graduated from Conestoga College in 2023, where she gained extensive knowledge and hands-on skills in hearing care. During her education, she also worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at Sound Choice Hearing, further deepening her commitment to helping others. Allison is dedicated to enhancing her patients’ quality of life and takes great pride in supporting individuals to hear their best. A natural leader, she is always striving to bring out the best in everyone she works with, including her patients, by motivating them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Allison is a true adventurer. A frequent visitor to Disney World, she combines her love for travel and adventure by completing 5K and 10K runs there. When she’s not exploring new destinations, Allison enjoys reading, crafting, spending time at the lake, and baking bread! She’s also a proud pet owner of a cat, dog, and an axolotl, adding a special touch of joy to her life.
